Who are we?
Sensoria Gardens started as a personal project born from the simple need to create a calm, sensory-rich garden for our son. We wanted to give him a space where he could feel safe, explore freely, and connect with nature in a way that supported his growth and well-being.
With a shared love of the outdoors and helping others, we, Jordan, a horticulturist and arborist, and Alyssa, a speech pathologist, combined our skills to bring that space to life. What began as a family project quickly grew into a way to share meaningful, restorative gardens with others.
From the start, Sensoria was created with a focus on sustainability, minimal waste, natural products, and permaculture principles, guiding the design of gardens that are both functional and beautiful.
Today, we continue to design eco-friendly sensory and inclusive gardens that invite connection, calm, and enjoyment for children, families, and communities, while reflecting our care for the environment and commitment to creating spaces that work with nature.
