Who are we?

Sensoria started as a personal project—born from the simple need to create a calm, sensory-rich garden for our son. We wanted to give him a space where he could feel safe, explore freely, and connect with nature in a way that supported his growth and well-being.

With a shared love of the outdoors and helping others, we—Jordan, a horticulturist and arborist, and Alyssa, a speech pathologist—combined our skills to bring that space to life. What began as a family project quickly grew into something more.

As we built our own garden, we realised how much we—and many others—needed a place like it. In a world that’s constantly switched on, overstimulated, and under-rested, we saw the value in creating simple, natural spaces that invite people to slow down.

We now design eco-friendly sensory gardens that support children, families, and communities. Our gardens are built to be welcoming, sustainable, and restorative for everyone who steps into them.
